Returns & Exchange Policy
At NomadicaWear, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you order from us, however if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, or the product does not fit as expected, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags, with no signs of wear, washing or alteration and free from odors. Products with Tag Loops must be returned with the tag intact and unbroken. If the Tag Loop is tampered with or removed, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.
The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Shipping charges will not be refunded for the returned goods.
Upon request, we will arrange for the return pickup of the item, and once the quality check is passed, a new order will be placed according to your preferences. "Return not available on exchanged order items".
No returns/ exchange is allowed for discounted products. In case of manufacturing defect in products purchased on offer/ promotion/ discount, they can be returned within 30 days of date of delivery .
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier / delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is damaged / tampered with. Please email or call our customer care team at Customercare@nomadicawear.com or +91 9980412815 for replacement immediately.
EASY ONLINE DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. If you have placed an order through your Registered Account, you can login to your account on our website and go to your ‘Order’ section and click on View details to raise a return request.
If you have placed an order as a guest user, please fill in the details on ‘Check Order’ here.
Click on Request a Return and select all the items you wish to return & and Select a reason of return from the list. Click the check box at the bottom of Returns page ‘I confirm that the product is unused with original tags intact’ and then click on Proceed to return.
Then select your preferred mode of Refund and click on Confirm Return. (In case of Refund to Bank Account for Cash on delivery orders, please ensure the bank details are mentioned correctly in the fields provided. In case of refunds to gift vouchers, the vouchers are valid for 1 year from issuance and are non-extendable).
Once your request is successfully registered, a ‘Return ID’ will be generated along with the courier name for the reverse pick up & our company name.
We request you to follow the instructions given below:
The return package will be picked up within 3-4 business days, you can verify ‘Return ID’ with the courier person at the time of pickup.

Kindly follow the below process for order returns:
1. Take a copy of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product/s you are returning.
2. Pack the item/s you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible, Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact.
3. Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
4. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take upto 10 working days for the refund amount to get credited at its source.
5. For any disputed cases, such as wrong brand returns, incomplete returns, or missing return packages, resolution may take approximately 7 working days.
6. Return request for online orders can be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout, Customized or personalized items, Gift cards and store credit and Items purchased with discount codes above 40% off are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. You can initiate a cancellation request till the order has not been shipped from our warehouse. After the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned in our website will be applicable.

This Returns & Exchange Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an effective date. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we'll always honour the policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
